It is a puzzling start. The Steelers had edge rusher and running back to solve and reached instead for Kage Casey, an offensive lineman, at the Round 4 slot.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The McNeil-Warren value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
