A solid, sensible weekend for the Rams: B-.

The Rams clearly saw something nobody else did in Jeffrey Bassa, taking him 34 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The Bryant pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots.

Getting Lachey where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
