There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Jets started one anyway for Joe Milton III, 52 picks ahead of schedule. Hard to defend, and the D+ reflects that.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

On value alone, Barton makes the weekend a net positive.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
