The Vikings clearly saw something nobody else did in Justin Walley, taking him 57 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

Castro at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Vikings paired the rookies with proven help, Kamari Lassiter leading the way.

A perfectly average weekend, for better and for worse.
