Draft Grade — Jaguars
Overall
B
ValueB

FutureB-
The Jaguars won the night they stopped Schwesinger from sliding. Grade: B. Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Carson Schwesinger got past him. The Jaguars do not have to explain a thing at pick 88. Good, not great, and the B says as much.
A whole weekend of picks and offensive lineman is somehow still a want. Every board in the league had Amos lower, and that gap is the story.
Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.
Good work on the whole, with offensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
Pick Analysis
Pick5
Rnd1
Mason Graham
In slot 5 they get a wrecking ball inside. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick36
Rnd2
Trey Amos
A reach for Trey Amos in the Round 2 slot; a little patience would have been rewarded. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick70
Rnd3
Tre Harris
They stopped a slide they were happy to see, landing Tre Harris in pick 70. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick88
Rnd3
Carson Schwesinger
Carson Schwesinger at the 88th pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It fills a real need, too.
