The Bills did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B.

There is a lot to like until you notice linebacker is still a hole. The Bills never got to the one that mattered most. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Getting Barron where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The back end got a real overhaul.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
