The Jets spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Donovan Jackson, the No. 79 name on the board, in the Round 4 slot. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it. If Monheim pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
