The 49ers won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: B. You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The 49ers did exactly that with Oluwafemi Oladejo in Round 3, Pick 31.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
The 49ers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
