Nobody else had Jacob Rodriguez anywhere near No. 119. The Steelers did, by 43 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

With quarterback, edge rusher and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Landing Tyson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
