The Bears let Knight Jr. fall into their laps, and walked away with a B. The board owed the Bears one, and it paid up: Demetrius Knight Jr., the No. 61 name on the board, sitting there at Round 7, Pick 32 like a gift left on the doorstep. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
They are betting Pierce proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.
