Call it belief, call it a gut call, but DeMonte Capehart at the Round 6 slot is 77 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

Getting Arnold where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.

The Van Pran pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher, running back and other spots. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
