Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Falcons were there to profit. Tory Horton, the No. 113 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 5, Pick 38. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The cost of the Hancock reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
