The Titans clearly saw something nobody else did in Phillip Webb, taking him 134 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The Higgins pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. The back end got a real overhaul.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
