Daniels is the Titans' new face under center. Grade: D+.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Titans did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. It grades a D+, and the process earned it.

Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

The Barrett pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
