Maye is the Bears' new face under center. Grade: D.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bears shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

Whatever Drake Maye becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Frazier has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
