Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Robert Spears-Jennings got past him. The Broncos do not have to explain a thing at the Round 6 slot.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
