For all the boxes ticked, the Commanders skipped the loudest one: wide receiver is exactly as bare as it was. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

They will need Tuimoloau to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Stout pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
