The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The 49ers watched Jaylen McClain slide 32 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will need Lee to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
