Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Justin Scott got past him. The 49ers do not have to explain a thing at the 58th overall pick.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The Robinson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
