The rest of the league had time to spare on Ty'Ron Hopper; the Texans did not wait, grabbing him 58 spots ahead at Round 4, Pick 23. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. On value alone, Bullard makes the weekend a net positive. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
