When a board-topper like Keionte Scott slides to pick 108, you do not overthink it, and the Texans did not. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

If Allen pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
