Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Texans spent Round 5, Pick 27 on Rayshaun Benny, a name most had 21 spots down the list.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Slaughter value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
