Grand theft in the Round 6 slot: the Bears steal Hadden and grade out a A-. The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Kamal Hadden, No. 204, roughly 37 picks past where he belonged. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Spending an early pick on TE-EDGE with interior defensive lineman open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They will need McCaffrey to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.
