The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Bills reached some 29 spots for Brett Norfleet, and value like that does not grow back. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Landing Taaffe that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with linebacker the one that mattered most.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
