The Jaguars did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jalen Milroe fell into the 125th overall pick. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it. The Grover Stewart pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Bottom line, they did the job about as well as it can be done.
