There is conviction, and then there is this. The Steelers took Sean Martin a full 119 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Whatever Jalen Milroe becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. They banked enough surplus on Moore to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
