The search is over. The Commanders handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.

The Phillips pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
