The Commanders spent the pick that matters most on Caleb Williams, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

On value alone, Bullard makes the weekend a net positive. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Frazier reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

In the end it comes back to Caleb Williams, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
