The Commanders answered their biggest question with Daniels. Grade: A-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Commanders spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

They will need Cohen to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. It is not that Stover is a bad player; it is that the Commanders had louder needs to answer first.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Stover. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Jayden Daniels and all.
