The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cardinals reached some 293 spots for Amari Kight, and value like that does not grow back. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

It is not that Mastromanno is a bad player; it is that the Cardinals had louder needs to answer first. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. However the rest shakes out, Parrish at that price is a win they earned.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
