When a board-topper like Josh Wallace slides to Round 7, Pick 32, you do not overthink it, and the Bengals did not. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through offensive lineman. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
