Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Jets spent the 257th pick on Taulia Tagovailoa, a name most had 31 spots down the list. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. However the rest shakes out, Bethune at that price is a win they earned.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
