This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Lathan Ransom, the No. 107 name on the board, stolen at No. 145.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. If McCord pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
