When a board-topper like Nick Emmanwori slides to the 55th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Jets did not.

The Stackhouse reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.
