Trotter should have been long gone. The Giants pounced, and earned a B.

Call it larceny. Josiah Trotter sat on the board until the 82nd overall pick, and the Giants did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped safety, which is a strange place to end up. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
