The Giants won the night they stopped Wiggins from sliding. Grade: D+. The Giants lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. It grades a D+, and the process earned it.
Wiggins falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Kamara reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Adding Malik Hooker by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.
It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
