The Giants finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D-. The Giants went off the board in a big way for Caedan Wallace, 56 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D- is the result.
The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The whole projection now runs through Jayden Daniels; hit there and everything else looks smarter.
They banked enough surplus on Robinson to cover a lot of smaller sins. The veteran additions, Tremaine Edmunds chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
