The board owed the Giants one, and it paid up: Riley Leonard, the No. 75 name on the board, sitting there at slot 140 like a gift left on the doorstep. A mixed bag that lands at C-.

The whole projection now runs through Carson Beck; hit there and everything else looks smarter. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

Every board in the league had Batty lower, and that gap is the story.
