The Giants let Jones fall into their laps, and walked away with a A-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Giants watched Emery Jones slide 109 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The Giants indulged a want in Stutsman while a need in safety, running back and other spots stayed open.

For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, with James Pearce Jr. leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
