The Steelers worked the phones like thieves and earned a B.

Whoever sat across the table from the Steelers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.

However the rest shakes out, Cowing at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They are betting Capehart proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

The Steelers indulged a want in Van Pran while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
