The Bears won the night they stopped Hancock from sliding. Grade: B.

Somebody in the 235th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Jordan Hancock, the No. 198 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
