Draft Grade — Bears
Overall
B-
ValueB
NeedB-
TradesB-
FutureB-
Daniels is the Bears' new face under center. Grade: B-. Start where it matters. The Bears took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.
They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Every board in the league had Bullock lower, and that gap is the story.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
Pick Analysis
Pick1
Rnd1
Marvin Harrison Jr.
In Round 1, Pick 1 they get a No. 1 receiver. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick9
Rnd1
Jayden Daniels
In slot 9 they get their quarterback of the future at fair value. A real need, handled.
Pick75
Rnd3
Calen Bullock
They paid up for Calen Bullock at the Round 3 slot when waiting would have done the job. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick122
Rnd4
McKinnley Jackson
McKinnley Jackson in the 122nd overall pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
