The board owed the Ravens one, and it paid up: Josaiah Stewart, the No. 50 name on the board, sitting there at No. 238 like a gift left on the doorstep.

The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
