The trade table was a mismatch, and the Bengals were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

The cost of the Berger reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Getting Muhammad III where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it.
