Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Buccaneers spent Round 7, Pick 40 on Roman Hemby, a name the board had a full 101 spots lower. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. With edge rusher unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
