Draft Grade — Packers
Overall B-
ValueB- NeedB- TradesB FutureB-
The Packers did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

The Packers clearly saw something nobody else did in Trey Zuhn III, taking him 40 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Scott. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Pick Analysis
Pick53 Rnd2 Dontay Corleone
You do not let an interior defensive lineman like Dontay Corleone reach pick 53 and blink. They did not. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick89 Rnd3 Keionte Scott
They robbed the room for Keionte Scott here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick99 Rnd3 Nicholas Singleton
Value with a capital V on Nicholas Singleton in the 99th overall pick, a genuine coup. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick120 Rnd4 Tacario Davis
A reasonable price with a little left over, Tacario Davis in No. 120. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick129 Rnd4 Keylan Rutledge
They did well to land Keylan Rutledge in pick No. 129, just ahead of his grade. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick158 Rnd5 Trey Zuhn III
This one needs a full-page explanation: Trey Zuhn III in the 158th pick, miles early. The roster fit checks out.
Pick199 Rnd6 Brett Norfleet
They paid a round early for Brett Norfleet in pick No. 199, more than the board wanted. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick236 Rnd7 Zach Rice
Zach Rice in No. 236 is a bet on their own eyes over everyone else's grade. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick254 Rnd7 Gabriel Rubio
The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Gabriel Rubio. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick257 Rnd7 Tony Rojas
Tony Rojas at the 257th overall pick is a conviction pick that outran the value. A minor itch, scratched.
