Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Dolphins were there to profit. Trinidad Chambliss, the No. 117 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 163. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. With linebacker unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them.

The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
