More right than wrong for the Giants, and a B- to prove it.

Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Giants never addressed interior defensive lineman, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

If Thompson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
