The trade table was a mismatch, and the Jaguars were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value.

Every board in the league had Capehart lower, and that gap is the story. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 8 of 9 of the wish list covered.
