The Bears let Sabb fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Somebody in the Round 6 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Keon Sabb, the No. 107 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

In the 10th pick they get a blindside protector at fair value. A real need, handled.
Pick39 Rnd2 T.J. Sanders
They let T.J. Sanders come to them and pounced at the Round 2 slot. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.

Good price on Tyler Booker in slot 41, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
